I'm not sure what I am suppose to be doing for her. We brought her inside washed the wounds. I sprayed her down in iodine and put neosporin on her wounds. It's been almost a week now. We put her inside our half bathroom inside a cat carrier with a warming light. She's eating well and drinking water. Pooping a little watery but still has firm poops too. We left her out once or twice a day to stretch her wings. She's doing that more and more.
My dog ripped the skin and feathers totally off of her wing and ripped all the feathers off and leaving puncture wounds on her back. Her back is healing and looks good. But her wing well looks like meat. I guess I just want to know what is going to happen to her wing. I'm under the impression that she wont regrow feathers on that part of her wing as there is no skin. How do I know when I can put her back outside. Right now she is inside due to flies. Here are a couple of pictures of here. They were taking a day or two after the attack.
