My rooster has these mole looking bumps on his comb and I don’t know if it’s from the heat or its the beginning of avian pox. Here is some photos

It does look like the start of Fowl Pox, maybe a mild case hopefully. It's mainly caused by mosquitos. Since it's a virus, antibiotics wont treat it.
The lesions are infective. You can put iodine on the lesions which kill the virus . The lesions will eventually dry up and fall off onto the ground. Avoid putting iodine near or around the eyes.
If a lesion forms near an eye and your bird scratches it, it might cause an eye infection. Use Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin ointment in the eye to prevent a bacterial infection.
Fowl pox lasts about 4-6 weeks and will eventually go away on its own. Your infected birds will become immune to fowl pox strain thereafter. Eggs are safe to eat.
