My White Buff Orpington has developed a FUNGUS?? on her comb, both sides. What can I do to treat this?

It is contagious but there’s really no treatment for it. It needs to run its course. You can help by using Neosporin or Vaseline on the comb to help with the drying.

you can't treat fowl pox. it just has to run its course. keep doing as @azygous said to keep it covered with blu-kote to dry it up but there is no cure/treatment for it. eventually it will go away.
