I have a spitzhauben that is acting weird. Can't walk strait and almost acting like she cant see. No swelling, mouth is pale but no discharge any where. I feel like its botulism as we have been so wet that mold is everyware. They free range so if there was somthing out there or in our burn pile she may have gotten hold of it. No one ells is having issues.

Does her eyes look normal?

It wouldn't be botulism if it were mold she'd gotten into, it would be mycotoxicosis. It would cause paralysis.

That's good no one else is having problems.

Eyes are responding normal, pupil contracting and no weird distortions.

Could be a vitamin A deficiency, a possibility.
Could be partial blindness, so probably early still.

I unfortunately don't have the time to spend with her. Ten hour work days. She is separated right now and I'll see if she makes it to the morning. I don't have a good feeling about it tho.

If it's only her eyesight that's not the best, I wouldn't think she'd be dead.

It's not just that. She was all fluffed up and ducking her head under wing. Acting sick.
