Need help promoting egg laying...

We have 5 ducks in our pond (not sure which kind), and we started spotting eggs here and there on the edge
of the pond, some even under water. Is there something we can build to encourage laying in one spot like a nest
area, a depression, or grassy dry area along the bank? I would like to have them lay in clutches instead of all
scattered out. Thanks.
