Need help with our favorite chicken!

Calling out to our backyard experts! We have a 16 wk. easter egger who is the head lady. Yesterday she started lagging behind the group (free range in large backyard). Also puffed around neck and was walking like it was uncomfortable. We noticed that her tail is bent to one side also and her head favors to slightly turn to one side. Today she was standing around sleeping so I put her in a crate to rest and watch her. She has not pooped much but will eat yogurt. I have also added some sugar to her water. Does it sound like an injury or an illness? Any suggestions?

Doesn't sound like anything in particular that I can think of- keep an eye on her and comb her over from head to toe for parasites- really little crawlies.

Or for white dusty clumps at the base of her feathers.

Hope she's ok!

Ok thanks! I'm wondering if it's a spinal injury..... but I will look her over in the morning for crawlies.
