Need help with R-Com 20 Pro USB Software!

I consider myself pretty good on the computer but I just can't seem to figure out this software. I'm trying to make a new project in the RCOM software but there is one field I can't seem to fill in on the last step ('Incubator') and it errors out. I installed the software and driver on Win XP Home before I plugged it in. The software seems to recognize the USB on Com 5 in the software but won't let me set up a new project. Does anyone have any experience here? Here are some screen shots:

Is this for one of those USB temp loggers?

I even tried to turn off my antivirus and firewall, still nothing.

I actually figured out this problem, it looks like the software doesn't like my XP machine. I installed the software on my Win 7 laptop and it worked! The only problem is that when I connected it to my incubator it set everything to a 'Duck' setting and set everything back to day zero even though I was in the middle of an incubation cycle! I had to go into manual mode and reset it to day 19. Looks like you have to plug in the computer and start the software and start the incubator from the software.
