thanks for the link now i understand what marek's is but i am sure that he is not suffering from marek's because he is moving his neck and wing, he did'nt loss weight, he can see things fine i have gave him his mix food and as usual he is only eating his favourite beans and skin around feathers is also fine

guess i just keep him warm and dry and wait for response

I'm not saying it is Marek's, but Marek's often just affects the legs and not the neck, head, wings, eyes, etc.

correct me if i am wrong.. i think in coccidiosis chicken stop eating and drinking but my chicken is eating and drinking just fine

In coccidiosis chicks will eventually stop eating due to abdominal pain, and later will stop drinking. Symptoms of coccidiosis may not show up until 3 days after onset of the disease. Mareks symptoms may vary in every chicken. Some get eye involvement with no other symptoms. Some get paralysis in a leg or a wing or both, and have difficulty balancing. Some suddenly can't walk, won't eat, and die in the next days. Each case is different. There are 4 types of Mareks, and some have a few symptoms, while some have all. It takes a blood test, or a necropsy to confirm Mareks. Mostly here we are making suggestions trying to suggest possible reasons why you found him today not being able to stand. You are doing well trying to rule out each disease, but sometimes, it's not easy to tell exactly what is wrong right away.
