Nesting Box Divider

My hens started laying this week and lazy me never put dividers in their nesting box. Their box is as wide as the coop, roughly 4ft long and 12" deep. There are three cut outs going into the nesting box and I was going to put two dividers for three nesting boxes total. I only have 4 hens which I know 3 nesting boxes is not needed, but my question is, do I even need those dividers? Should I just have one long box for all 4 hens?

It can work, I prefer dividers.
Might want to have dividers ready t install in case it's a problem.

With just 4 hens probably not an issue... life finds a way...
