Netting above run sufficient?

Raccoons don't like my 2" netting because they get tangled in it easy if they try to climb it as its draped on top of my animal wire fence not tied down. The heavy duty poultry protection netting is snow rated.

i'm going into my fourth year and the net still looks new.
I also use this netting, I had a bobcat jump up & immediately back down. I assume it didn't like that the netting was flexible & he couldn't walk on it.

I've had mine for 5 years & my only problem is the squirrels chewing through it. :barnie Snow does stick if it's a heavy wet snow, but I've never had it tear.

Mine is also held up with poles (that's a hawk sitting on the middle pole with my not so street smart girls enamored with him):
