What a beautiful bird!Brandy's chicks are hatching, two out, several more pipped. Pics are the first two, one dark, one very light.

So from these pictures you can't tell at all?If they have solid bright orange or solid black feathers on the shoulders and chest, it's a male. If the feathers in those places are patterned, they are pullets. Don't go by pink in the comb on these, just the patterned or solid feathers in those locations.
You have to wait until those feathers are in or you will make a mistake. The males can be late getting a pink comb, the girls early. But the feathers don't lie.
