My husband just finished my coop. Figured I would post some pics

I have chickens . They are living in my living room and free ranging in my back yard that is fenced. They sleep
In their home tonight. Yay

I have four hens.... Very fun to be with... Never going to be without chickens from now on....

Is that expanded metal?
Is it under the ground in the run?
Be careful of the sharp edges, they should be covered or chicken feet may be cut.

That might be deep enough

...or aprons might be better:
Good examples of apron installation, tho I'd not recommend 1/2" HC...go with 14ga 1x2 or 1x1, will hold up much longer and is easier to lay flat.
