second looks like a cockerel. The Silkie *could* be a cockerel too, but you'll have to post again once (s)he is older.

I'm bummed out about the second one. We can't keep roosters and it's just a sweet little thing.

Any opinions on the first one? I actually just noticed that all of its new chest feathers are pure white now. So maybe it's not even a mottled Cochin. So comb size might not even matter yet?

I can't really find anything on ideals website that fits it's characteristics.

It would appear that the tail feathers are rather long, indicating that it is a cockerel, anyone else? Very pretty!
