Ended Official BYC Mini-Contest Series—What's Your Hobby?

One of my favorite hobbies is kissing my cats on their wet little noses!
I do not make money kissing my cats(lol)
I kiss em when I see em.
I love my kittehs.
Btw this is Faith.

Hobby 1 Jeeps and more jeeps.
My jeep JujuBee is a bright orange wrangler JL with 3 in full suspension lift and 35 inch tires, lockers and trail light-definitely not a city mall-crawler. I enjoy a challenge which means mud, rocks and steep grades. I believe a muddy jeep is a loved jeep, and I really love my jeep. I try to get into hairy situations just to find my jeep’s limits—then modify to overcome those limits and repeat. My next upgrade will need to be body arm and better rock sliders.
Between hubs and I we have a good collection but my jeep is by far the one that sees most of the action. I have a rooftop tent system mounted on a trailer for overland trips with like minded jeep friends.

I'd like to share my hobby: pottery.

I started working with clay when I lived in the desert. I have fond memories of sweat dripping down my nose, temperature hovering near 110, while throwing pots in the cool water and clay. I'm in the PNW now where I need to use hot water when throwing in winter! I have a workshop at home with kiln, etc. and try to fit in an hour of work every day, but life gets in the way too often, so months go by that I don't make anything. This year I've been making some holiday things, ornaments, gnomes, bells. Pictures of a few follow:

Two gnomes, greenware with underglaze. Still need bisque firing, glazing and final firing.

Another gnome.

I love making boxes. This is a special slab technique that emphasizes texture.

And a pair of porcelain slab built boxes.

These are two fence post toppers...

If you enjoy a challenge, you should visit Colorado one summer and check out Black Bear Pass. :D

One of my hobbies is doing vinyl projects with my cricut. I always love the challenge of creating something new and the satisfaction of seeing it go from the computer screen to a t-shirt, a wall, or whatever else may need it. I work full time 8 months of the year but I do these projects whenever they're requested or when I get the idea since I can't get it out of my head until it's done! They tend to take up a lot of time to get just right but it's so rewarding.

Here are some pictures of some of the shirts and signs I've put together.
