What breeds?
I mostly have wyandottes as roos, my family really likes them. RIR roos are also a fav, but only when we raise them (which is probably why they aren't aggressive). I've tried barred rocks, bantams, feather footed, polish and mixed breeds. I think I had a buff orpington once.
My luck with feed store chicks is ALWAYS roosters, never bought a batch that didn't have at least one. This is probably because the people at the store who sex the birds know less than me, lol.

I would like to try Brahmas, I hear that they make good roos.
