This is my first time raising 1 day old chicks - eight different breeds. I had good success (no casualties) and now have one each of breed - about 10 months old. Egg production has been good during spring and summer, averaging 6 to 7 eggs per day. Production has fallen with the shorter days to 3 to 5 eggs each day. Each egg is distinct so I know who is doing what. I have one pure white sex link who has always been very consistent, but suddenly she has not laid any egg in 6 days. She is the only one who has stopped completely. She appears healthy, eating and foraging normally. I don't know if I should be concerned, or even what to look for. Any ideas or similar experiences?
