Ordered chicks from hoovers hatchery, how do i make sure they they survive ok?

I use a meat thermometer to make sure chicks get at least 95F in the hottest part of the brooder and have the brooder warmed up ahead of time. In this weather, getting them warm quickly and free from drafts is key.

Thankyou! They are gonna be in a brooder inside the house so they should stay warm, with a heat lamp too!
