Oregano oil for chickens

The oil of Oregeno that I use is made specifically for chickens and to be used in their water. It is not just an oil. It has emulsifiers in it that mixes with the water. My chickens love this stuff because they drink it right up.
Bell & Evens which is a company that raises organic chickens for meat uses this oil of Oregeno. I urge anyone whom has chickens to use these products for healthy and happy chickens. Thanks

ok, thanks for the info. My water is not a gallon, so can I make a gallon and put the left over in the fridge?

I'm wondering if I should start adding oregano oil to my chicken's water or if I should work fresh oregano leaves into her snacks? She has been getting very skinny even though she has a ravenous appetite so I am suspecting parasites. However, I have given her dewormer and antibiotics and electrolytes and apple cider vinegar in her water, all to no avail. Does anyone think oregano oil might help since these other remedies have not? I am feeding her a variety of vegetable and fruit scraps, plus yogurt sometimes, along with layer crumble feed. Thank you!

I would recommend Ropa Complete:

It has oregano oil plus other good stuff. I just cured two weak hens (one was laying on its side) with runny stools by giving the higher recommended dose. It's expensive for routine maintenance, but works well for curative measures. I only have 7 hens and don't want to start over with new chicks, so I use the lower dose regularly.
