It's been a while since we posted updates on our mottled orpington project. These are our 5th generation mottled peeps. So exciting! I can't wait to see them all feathered out this summer. They have some chunky lemonny friends. Should be an interesting year ahead. Enjoy!

Thanks! I'm excited to see them feathered out too. Our last generation were split for mottled, so I know some of these are not full mottled, but I see some that look like they will be. The size on the parents was really nice, which was our primary focus to build up meat and egg quality on this line. Hoping these turn out just as nice, but with polka dots.
