Received my chicks on March 23 from McMurry. 3 extras. Only 1 has died. They have been in a confined brooder until 2 days ago. Let them into their inside pen, 6 x 8 with pine shavings. They really enjoy the extra room. Gets cold here at night yet so the heat lamp stays on. Will let outside in a couple more weeks.
I had to lock up the dog as I thought I saw the Easter Bunny looking for some eggs or perhaps hiding places.
