Paint before assembly?

How do you move it even if it was mounted on 2x4? I know these coops use light wood (eg they are not using heavy 2x4s) but even as light as it can be for shipping or storage, if it begins to get so large, it would still be heavy at some point.
My husband screwed the bottom panels to the 2 x 4s and I can drag it all over the yard with the rope, also the ramp came with an unmoveable bracket, we switched that out for hinges so I can raise the ramp and set it across the perch so I don’t rip the ramp off when moving.... I realize your coop might be different but I’m glad we made the alterations, also I drag the coop into the barn for the winter
