I got the poop off but She still hasn't used to the restroom.And she's making little pushing soundsTry to soak the little bottom part in lukewarm water and loosen the poop clogging the vent - use a cotton swab or something soft and be gentle until you've got the poop off so she can freely poop - if needed you could use a tiny bit of vaseline or coconut/olive oil to soften it up and loosen the poop. You can search other threads here on BYC to see what others have done.
I had to soak mine (chick) 3-4 times a day for about 10 minutes each for awhile. Also massage the abdomen. I could get her poo a tiny bit each time until it finally all came out. Took about a week.
