Peacock pheasants?

I'm thinking about getting peacock pheasants. Where is the best place to get them, and what is their personality like?

Have you raised pheasants before this?These guys are a little more delicate then your average pheasant and their diet is a little different also.What state are you in?I will see if anyone near you raises them.
