I'm pretty sure we have Pekins and i would like to know what their first egg looks like?
like a size and does it have a brownish tint to it at first? how does the shell feel?

Thanks! I'm anxious to see what color they turn out to be. I was going to seperate my Rouens and Pekins, but may leave them together for hatching surprises...

Here's my first ever duck egg...which was out of a Pekin. This pic might not help ya any??? It was the same size as my average sized chicken eggs....pretty much completely white. To me the shells feel a little different than chicken eggs...smoother maybe, softer but not as brittle feeling...hard to explain I guess....lol.
