UPDATE: Found him a good home!
Looking to rehome a 19 week old Lavender Orpington Rooster in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Big, friendly boy with lots of character. Purchased from Lancaster Fancy Fowl as a chick in the first week of April, but is healthy and mellow and has always gotten along beautifully with my four ladies. I am extremely bummed to be looking for a home for him, and will keep him for as long as I can, but really don't need a noise ordinance violation so if he gets loud and persistent with the crowing, he will have to go, even if it's to camp freezer.
For now, he's relatively quiet and easily distracted from noisemaking, so please let me know if you could offer him a coop to call home!
