Petition to allow roosters

Has anyone had success with creating a petition to change a town ordinance to allow for roosters? We rehomed all but one because we got attached and honestly the neighbors three tiny yapping dogs has got to be more annoying than what this guy will do when he’s old enough to doodle.

I read online that actually dog barking decibels can register higher and obviously some dogs spend their entire day barking, yet allowed.

I live in the town of Poughkeepsie and in some areas, it is quite rural. Admittedly, my area is more suburban, but yeah neighbors havenese way more annoying.
