Here is the first one. Works very well, not crazy about how the roof came out. Built the second floors after it was built
and was a tight squeeze getting in and out. Dimension is 8'x'4' and about 5 1/2 feet tall.
Legs are 4 x 4's about 15" tall.
Floors are plywood covered with vinyl with pine shavings.
Two hinged doors about 20" wide. Used 1" welded wire all around.
Had to show off the girls!
Roosters have to stay on their own especially big ones.
Here's the second. Changed the gable roof to slope on sides instead of front/back. Really pleased with outcome.
Built second floor with full sheet of plywood ahead of time. Use cage cups for feed and water.
Really streamlines operation.
