pipping early

if day 21 starts ar noon today, how much too early is pipping now? They hatched a little early on me last time, but turned out okay. I turned it back a 0.5 degree but I think this is a little early again.

I'd say they are right on time. It generally takes awhile after pipping for them to hatch & actual hatching of individuals can vary a bit too. If they pipped early on the 21st day & everything is correct, especially humidity, I'd expect they to be completely hatched by tonight.
