Hello everyone! I incubated 12 eggs 2 months ago and now I have 12 beautiful 5 weeks old chicks! They are all healthy and chipping away in the coop nursery! The only thing I would like to know now is which of my chicks are actually Cockerels and which one are Pullets! I will list down their breed and a photo of each one in the description! Thanks already for the help

I already know Moana(12) and Fiona(10) are Cockerels and that Pocahontas(11) is a pullet but that's pretty much it!

I also realized that my bravest chicks stay outside when I come by the coop while my most skitish ones will go hide inside! I wonder if is linked in any way to their sex? I'll join a picture of that as well just for the fun of it!

:welcome I only see the image of Moana the rooster attached to your post.

At certain ages, it does seem to me that the pullets are flightier than the cockerels.

Here's the chicks photos

There are a few that I feel really comfortable saying are roos or pullets. Combs aren't the best way to sex chicks but it's almost always a roo when you see red in the comb at 5 weeks or younger in my experience. The single combed breeds also seem to have a more rounded comb when it's a roo. Polish are a tough one for me to sex so I'm not going to try but the roos will usually have messier looking crests with more thin pointed feathers.

These are my guesses:
1. Pullet
2. Roo
3. Pullet
4. I suspect roo because my Orpington roos show wattles early
5. Pullet
6. ?
7. I think pullet?
8. ?
9. Roo
10. Roo
11. Pullet
12. Roo

Thought I would update you guys on the chicks! They are now 6 months old!
