She's a supposedly lemon blue from ideal but she's just a blue with leakage. I have a true lemon blue. That's a show hen.

I just ordered 9 pullets and 1 cockerel. A mixture of chicks to try and get a multi colored egg basket.

I'm replacing a flock that was killed by a dog about a month ago. I've beefed up security and think I'm ready to go!

These are my 9 month old silkies that I got from ideal poutlry. One of the white ones went broody and just hatched out a few chicks (from my silkie roo and a red sex link and a maran).

These are our chicks. We ordered surprise special and assorted standard.
I don't have newer photos of them yet. They are several weeks old now. I think the white ones are leghorns, we have 4 of them. They are huge compared to the others. The black one is still solid black.
The one thing about ideal is I don't like their "photos". It makes it difficult to pick the breed without accurate photos.
