Spoke with a customer service person in the USPS Complaint Dept in Little Rock Arkansas this morning. Seems she actually will go get chicks and keep them on her desk until the truck is ready to leave. In Little Rock, they all take turns doing this. Seems she really loves the sounds of chicks. She is investigating why the last order died. Promised that she would look into what happened and make corrections.

Waiting on that early morning phone call!

Just got the below email. Thanks Kibby and Ross and all the Ideal staff. My wife wanted to make sure they were well protected until we could move them into the brooder. So she placed an electric heater in the children's bathroom. Switched the ducks/geese to an Avon shipping box. We spread the chicks out into the chick box. She placed a thermoeter on the sink. Whole room is nice and warm. A little feed and water!

I ran to town. Came home to find escaped convicts ALL over the bathroom!

Warning!!!!

CHICKS CAN ESCAPE!!!!
