I don't always get this dressed up to collect eggs but it was a special occasion!! Our first egg!
JK. Our 18 week old barred rock surprised us with her first egg right in the middle of a 1920s themed bday party.

She got some watermelon for all her hard work

We received our first egg this morning how exciting! We have 3 easter Eggers coming into there prime(I guess that's what you call it). They turned 20 weeks old last week. Two of them started the squating behavior then and the 3rd started yesturday. I believe our egg came from this girl. She has been something else this week. Following and chasing me everywhere outside. As if she was trying to tell what the heck is going on with me!

And the little baby egg she layed.
