PRETTY URGENT Baby chick with sac hanging out.

I posted this in the incubating and hatching eggs forum, but not many replies, this chick hatched naturally, but had a red nub, when I checked back on it the yolk sac had come back out. It looks like the yolk has been absorbed but not the red sac, what should I do.

That looks like a lot more than just a yolk sac, I'm afraid you'll to put it down, I'm sorry.
