Protein Mix

Hey guys!

So I have been doing some research and would really like to start giving my 13 chickens and 3 ducks feed that is a littler higher in protein then the 16% layer feed I am using.

Any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

You can either switch them up to a multi-flock feed. Look for 18 - 20%. Or you can go through your freezer, and give them small portions of any freezer burned meats you happen to have kicking around. I have some kitty kibble that I give them a hand full of occasionally.

I mix my Feed 50/50......Layer and Grower.....
