I posted another entry about 2 months ago asking if my EE was a roo or pullet. After a month he started crowing and growing beautiful black feathers from his tail, his brown on his back shines gold in the sunlight and has better hair then me! His feathers on his neck are so long, when he puffs out his neck to intimidate another chicken or is mad they stick out so wide like a peacocks tail. He is an amazing cockerel and protects his ladies, everyone that replied to my last one was correct, he is a handsome young cockerel and I can’t wait till he is full grown! I’ll attach some pictures of him today below. Check out my other entry if you haven’t already to see him a couple months ago. PS he has the best rooster crow I have ever heard, I love to listen to it.
