Rhode Island Red Hen x Light Sussex Cockerel?

What age did do butcher them at? Were they worth butchering at around 18 weeks, or did they put most of their meat on after this age.

Hi no we did not breed any more of them but I must say they made quite a good table bird at about 4 months old I do not recall the weight though and we did not really feed for the table.Good thing is though with those white based feathers they were real easy to pluck. Also had yellow skin.
