If he is what you are looking, for go for it. I think he might have a few too many points though, but you might want to check the standard for Dutchs. I've haven't owned any.

Dutch bantam. Dutch bantams are very similar to OEGB, but a difference that pops right up is white earlobes. I'd say that is definitely %100 Dutch.
