ROLL-X INCUBATOR

I have a older Lyon Roll-x incubator with the green bottom. The lady at Lyon told me it is about 30 years old but I've had good hatches with it. My question is about the fan. Does it suppose to blow the air down on the eggs or up toward the dome then circulate it around inside the unit? If any one has or knows please let me know asap. I put a new pancake style in mine and it may be blowing the wrong way.

Thanks for the fast reply I've already flipped it over. I still got 73 out of 87 BLRW eggs to hatch. I'm really happy with this old incubator.
