rsl lethargic and comb disclored and droopy

2 1/2 yr old rsl. Pretty sure she's not laying, vent and feet appear fine. Any thoughts?

I think her comb appears to be fine. The color looks fine and asfar as I know her comb just looks how a larger comb looks. A little drooped over because it's bigger. As far as her being lethargic.. I think there is many things that can cause it so I wouldn't be able to tell you.

how long has it been since she gave an egg?
has she been drinking water?
is her abdomen soft or hard? can you palpate it to see if she's eggbound?

she looks like my Wools, an ex-battery hen.
she's been having trouble with the heat this summer and stopped laying eggs last year.
She is 5 & 1/2 yrs. old and I adore her.
