Runny poop, What do I do now?

Hello,

My 6 mo old hens have had runny poop for a few weeks. I have six hens and get AT LEAST 6 - 10 runny poops total a day. Not just from one hen, some have them more than others, tho. I have not noticed any out of the ordinary behaviors from any of them and they seem healthy, otherwise.

Last week I:
dusted them for mites & lice
wormed them with Wazine
stopped giving them green veggies

They also have ACV in their water as I read a link in a post that said raising the PH of the crop will help firm up the stools.

What should I do next, if anything? It just seems like a lot of runny poop.

Runny poo can be normal.-- Is it hot and are they drinking alot?
