Sexing chickens

Is this a rooster? I'm pretty sure but just making certain

The red one looking at us does look like a cockerel.

Also I have two silkies. Both solid white but one has a very puffy head and one that is almost totally flat like a normal chicken. I did Notice that the one with the puffy head has a shaerp claw like thing on his back toe. Does this mean anything?

All Silkies should have that, unlike most breeds they have five toes instead of four.

Ok so the little short claw pointing upwards on the back 5th toe is normal in both sexes?

Both hens and roosters should have that 5th toe.

Ok thank you for your help...I guess I just need to wait longer to tell what sex the silkies are?

I'm not a Silkie expert (and they are one of the hardest breeds to sex) but I think you may have two pullets. Also the one with the "flat" head is probably a Silkie mix.
