Should I help this chick??

My broody hen is sat on 2 eggs and one of them made a pip around 11.00 last night. You can see the chicks beak very well, but its been like that all day and hasn't changed. The membrane inside the egg has stuck to half of the chick including an eye and half of its nose. its now been around 14 hours, i can see it opening its beak a lot, but it hasn't been very chirpy. Is it normal and will hatch on its one or will it need and assistance?the membrane looks quite dry and I have read that's a bad thing.

I would try to help. The chick is fully develop be very careful and go slow. Have a wet or damp towel. Good luck. Keep us posted.
