Wow! How much bigger are they than chicken chicks? Do they have different incubating requirements?
Definitely bigger, but I've been hatching some larger chicks here lately, so not as shockingly large as they would be against my quail sized OEGB. Don't worry. They'll get really pretty when their adult feathers come in.

I have bantams but I don't know if they're the right kind for this thread. Theyre al black, if that helps. Now the rooster has some red on him.
Woke up to this. 8 so far with one potential, although one is very weak and not likely to survive.
