I agree live the splash coloring, and the personality is what matters most when it comes to the roosters if you aren't breeding for show and/or sale. I'm glad he's sweet.

This is Sheldon, I don't know really what he is (I would guess a leghorn x) but in any case he is beautiful to our family but he is trying to become quite aggressive--he is about 18 weeks old in this picture.

This guy is my keeper from my spring hatches. He's not the right shade of bright red that I'm hoping for, and he doesn't have muffs; but everything else is exactly what I want. Only 14 weeks old, but his temperament is outstanding with the rest of the flock. His name is Goldilocks...

Hey everyone. I've recently been bitten by the hatching bug and ended up with quite a few roosters. I know I can get rid of them on craigslist.com for free real quick but we love all of them. Does anyone else here have a rooster only coop? How does it work? Thanks.
