I had another SG hatch today!

I'll try to post pictures of her when she fluffs out and the blue I hatched a few days ago.

I made a big mistake yesterday - Got a young Showgirl from OKBetsy yesterday at the Oklahoma State show. I am already crazy over her. My Cochins are going to be so jealous.

My hatch from silkie sue hatched mostly pink also. However at 6 weeks old I only have 1 paint showgirl that still has pink. The rest turned all black skinned.

My hatch from silkie sue, I got two birds, both an off color (creamsicle?), a SG pullet and silkie cockerel. The original eggs were supposed to be from a paint SG pen, but of course they don't always breed true. But bred back to each other, I just hatched a white SG, 2 paint silkies and 3 paint SG's! I'll try to get a picture up today.

Where are these babies from? Looks like they are fighting the light beaks like we are.
