The resulting chicks would be mixed color (mine usually are buffs with a LOT of smutt) but will be split to lavender. If you breed one of these back to a lavender you will get porcelains like Betsy said!

hey guys, just thought id give you an update on Peggy-

went to another vet today and had x-rays done. Found out this was not a birth defect and the breeder did NOT ship her to me this way!

thank goodness. Peggys knee was dislocated during shipment and it rotated and is beginning to heal that way. She feels it would be best if we leave it along and let it do its thing naturally. Sure she will look funny, but doesnt she already?

So I am mad because I didn't want to do it...but needed the room, and I am growing out a bunch of his gorgeous sons....so I just listed my lav sg roo with a split hen.

My loss will SURELY be someones gain!
