Well, our farm is slowly getting ready to move, I had to part with my chocolate project roos

, where we are moving I *may* get a way with my Showgirl roo, Lord Fluffy Butt, and my silkie roo, Mustachio. My DH said I could keep my blue/black hens, Ms. Rumpy and Psyco and use their eggs as bribes for the neighbors. But I guess all in all, since he is trying to let me keep my horse, chickens and call ducks its still worth it. I just don't like moving...

Does anyone have any tips on moving chickens with a 10 -12 hour drive (Eastern N.C. to Northeastern Ohio)?

We have plenty of pet crates, the big dog sized ones, but the only car with A/C is my 92 Corvette, and I am NOT hauling my birds in it, my dearly departed dad would strike me down in a heartbeat if he saw that!

I am assuming you mean that one? If so, it looks like a partridge/silver partridge to me, I could be wrong however.
