Well my first thought is they are not purebred silkies... Are they half silkie 1/2 ameraucana??

these are silkie mixes not pure silkies. give them some more time right now they look like pullets

If a silkie chick (about 2 weeks old) has really fuzzy feet and hock tufts does that tend to indicate a cockerel? None of the other babies are as fuzzy. Just curious what others have experienced.

All of my hens have very heavily feathered feet. Its a trait both genders should have...
