My chicken got a simple injury (I think she was scratched by something) to her lower eyelid externally. I quarantined her and the next day it was looking great. Then she started scratching at it. It got increasingly worse no matter what I did. I even made her a cone so she could scratch it any more. That has worked great for the scratching part. However, the injury now looks swollen but it's really actually hard like a scab. It's below her eye, near her beak, etc. The eye seems to be healing shut! Also, in one of the pictures I can see some whitish and I'm wondering if her third eyelid got injured and kind of rolled up? Any way, my problem is the large crispy hard parts, the eyelids healing shut, and if you notice anything else.

*I live in an extremely rural area where there are no vets that will even look at a chicken.*

*I've tried saline flushes/rinses, vetericyn, Vaseline (to help soften the scab things).*

She's still eating and drinking. She's annoyed by the cone. But other than that she seems fine. Please help!! I don't know how to fix this!
