just got my espresso and sippin away .... Someone told me to try a lemon peel in it.. But I get it iced...

Still drinking four shots for breakfast.

Put chains on plow truck... No weight in bed..... Couldn't connect center chain on the the duelly tire chains.. Missing a few links and one hook.. Poor tire chains have lots of repair spots.....

Where is my snuggly coat? I need a self-hug!

I was researching a bit today and discovered that Coffee is one of the healthiest beverages! It has antioxidants and the caffeine can stimulate your brain--which makes you smarter!

But sorry guys--black tea is healthier

Green tea is about as healthy as black tea, maybe a little more.

Chamomile tea is probably the best.
